FOUNDERS

United States Environmental Consultants Inc. or USECI was started in 1986 by Dr. Otis and Addie Kitchen, who were the laboratory director and marketing directors respectively. Danny O'Bryant was an investor of USECI.

The company is now under new ownership by Dr. Otis and Addie Kitchen's daughter- Deborah Lee.
